These terms apply to BereaHVAC.com, operated by Berea Refrigeration & Restaurant Equipment Repair LLC.

Website and service requests

Our website describes our heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and restaurant-equipment services. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment, authorize work, or establish a final price. We will confirm service arrangements with you. Work scope, pricing, payment terms, and any applicable warranties are described in the estimate, invoice, or agreement for your job.

Equipment quotes, orders and delivery

Berea Refrigeration is your point of contact for equipment pricing, orders, delivery coordination and support. Specifications, availability, lead times, freight, taxes, installation scope, payment schedule, warranty coverage and cancellation or return terms are confirmed in your written quote or order agreement. A specification sheet or quote inquiry is not an accepted order. Review the final written terms before authorizing payment. Delivery dates are confirmed for the individual order.

HVAC system proposals and manufacturer warranties

HVAC quote requests provide preliminary project information. Final sizing, equipment compatibility, utility requirements, permits and installation scope are confirmed through project review and the written proposal. Manufacturer warranty eligibility, covered parts or labor and any required authorization are determined under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Service assistance does not guarantee coverage or a particular response time.

Brand and website content

The Berea Refrigeration logo and “We heat em up and cool em down!” slogan are used as trademarks of Berea Refrigeration & Restaurant Equipment Repair LLC. The ™ symbol identifies a trademark claim and does not represent federal registration. Please obtain written permission before using our branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation. Third-party product names, marks and literature belong to their respective owners. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by law.

Customer communications

We follow up on website requests by phone or email. New website text enrollment is paused. Providing a telephone number does not authorize advertising or enroll you in text messages. Please call or email instead of texting our office number. Contact us by phone or email if you want to withdraw an earlier text-message consent.

A saved website request or reference number confirms receipt by the website, not an appointment, technician dispatch, accepted order or guaranteed response time. Email delivery can be delayed or fail. Call 859-619-6260 for urgent service; call 911 for an immediate threat to life or safety. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm Eastern. Call for after-hours availability.

Your information and uploads

Provide accurate contact and equipment details, and upload only files you are authorized to share. We use submitted photos and documents to evaluate and respond to your request. Submitting a photo does not grant permission to use it in advertising. Do not include payment-card numbers, passwords or unnecessary personal information.

Orders, payment and consumer rights

Any deposit, payment schedule, freight charge, cancellation or return restriction must be stated in the applicable written quote or order agreement. Ask us to explain any unclear term before approving an order. These website terms do not waive rights, warranties, remedies or cancellation rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
